Shipping policy

Please note that once your order has been despatched and tracking detail provided, It is your responsibility to track and trace your delivery. We use Royal mail delivery service for most of our despatches from UK and all enquiry afterwards should be directed to the delivery company using the tracking number provided. If you want us to use other special/guaranteed delivery services (eg DHL, UPS etc) kindly let us know before placing your order so this can be applied.

Please note that we have drop shipping service for our Mongolian and Brazilian Deepwave bundles. It means that your bundle is despatched directly from our trusted manufacturer to help expedite the delivery time to you. This means your order will be shipped directly from China not UK.

Wig orders
Once your order is paid for and payment processed, please allow 7 - 14 working days lead time for your wig to made.

Shipping after wig is made
Once your order has been despatched, please allow for UK delivery 4-7 working days UK and UK 7-10 working days outside UK to receive your delivery.

Bundles, Closure and Frontal Orders

Once your order is paid for and payment processed.

For all curly hair bundles we now offer drop shipping which means that delivery to UK, Europe and America is 3 working days and 5 working days to Africa.

For the rest of our hair bundles, please allow 7 working days lead time for your order to be despatched.

Tracking
A tracking reference will be emailed to your email address once you order has been despatched.
